For Restart a Heart Day, each year Ambulance Services across Australasia spend time in the community educating the public on CPR and AED use. In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic has made this tricky if not impossible for many services to do. The Council of Ambulance Authorities has worked with all its member services to create a live stream event on October 16, Restart a Heart Day so that no matter their situation, everyone can join is and be educated on how to save a life.
This Friday, join us at restartaheart.net or on The Council of Ambulance Authorities Facebook Page, for 4 hours of education, survivor stories, interviews with experts on the topic and more. Afterwards, Ambulance Tasmania will be conducting a virtual CPR & AED education session that anyone can join in. We hope to see you then.
